Must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
Must live in North Charleston, Hanahan, or West Ashley.
(exception: neurology patients accepted from all over state of SC)
Must not have any form of health insurance.
Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for your household.
